This is heaven!
I don't think I've heard the comment "this is heaven" more times on one day than I did on Sunday, April 23rd, playing in a 4-Person Best Shot at the Amana Colonies golf course. You could not have asked for a more perfect day, or a more perfect setting. Temps in the low 70's, not a cloud in the sky, small breeze, the course was in great shape, the grass was green and fresh, the cartgirls were fun, and there wasn't a sound but the chirping of the birds and woodpeckers knocking heads against trees. It was incredibly peaceful. Almost too nice - it made it difficult to complain about the bad shots. Of course, there was the local smart aleck who would pitch in "no, it's Iowa!" It was heaven in Iowa.
